We’re used to being called names. After all, we’ve been called “cool” and “fast growing,” and our customers call us all sorts of nice things. So we were pleased when Internet Telephony Magazine decided to call us “innovative.”

So, if your office is working feverishly online, it dedicates the bandwidth to data. But if calls start coming in, SmartVoice shifts bandwidth resources to handle the calls. When the calls are done, it goes back to fully supporting your data needs.
This means that you don’t have idle, unused bandwidth sitting there dedicated to data when what you really need at that point is voice, or vice versa. SmartVoice works smarter so that you can better use your resources and save money. How innovative is that? I would even call it “cool.”

It reaffirms our commitment and dedication to continue developing and offering products that help our small and medium-sized customers leverage telecommunications technologies and help them be more efficient and effective in the way they use telecommunications to impact their bottom line. We really like the word “innovative” and will continue looking for ways to merit the adjective. Now, how do we go about being called “good-looking” or “suave?” Can a company be good looking? I guess we’ll try to find out…and that too would be innovative.
